Many people quote Henry Ford, “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses,” suggesting that you should not listen to your customers. In contrast, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Customer Development, and other innovation methods suggest that you do exactly this – talk and listen to your customers.
